All North Carolina Real Estate Licenses Expire June 30th

Between May 15th and June 30th, all real estate agents in North Carolina must renew their North Carolina real estate license.

You can do this online at http://www.ncrec.gov

The fee paid to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission is forty five dollars.  If you fail to renew by June 30th THIS YEAR, your license will expire.  This will affect your income.  You can pay the North Carolina Real Estate Commission with Visa or Mastercharge or Discover or Pay Pal.

Renew your North Carolina Real Estate License

When you communicate with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission via email, you can mark your email as private.  If you do, you will miss a lot of emails from people that have something to sell you.

Just in case you forget to renew by June 30th, let me tell you how to reinstate your North Carolina real estate license after July first but before December 31st.  You send the North Carolina Real Estate Commission $55 fee.

If you don’t reinstate your license by December 31st, the process is too painful for me to report here.  It is bad.  Do not let your North Carolina real estate license expire.   Send in the $45.  Renew on time.. Skip the drama.
