Ron Climer - First Real Estate School

The PRE-LICENSE CLASS is the basic 75-hour class required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to get your North Carolina real estate broker’s license. Have you thought about getting started? Our final class for 2019 has already begun, so please plan to join us on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, beginning on April 7, 2020. You may sign up as early as February 15th, 2020. All registrations will taken by phone (not by text or email) and the number will be (828) 440-1064. We look forward to hearing from you in the New Year. Thank you!

Ron has been around for a long time.  He knows what you need to know to pass the state exam. More importantly, he knows how to TEACH.

Buyer Beware.  Not all real estate schools are the same!  When I began my search for a real estate school, I found the web full of information and recommendations.  As Abraham Lincoln said,"The problem with the internet is it is difficult to tell what remarks are genuine."  My quest for a school lead me to ask around and 100% of those I asked recommended Ron Climer.  I followed that advice given and I am 100% glad that I did.  Ron makes the  learning process  fun and relaxing while using his gift of gab to make the information retainable.
